AXOCILIN-CV 375 Tablet** consists of **Amoxycillin 250 mg** and **Clavulanic Acid 125 mg**. These two components together form an effective combination that is used in treating bacterial infections. AXOCILIN-CV can be administered when one has infections such as infections of the throat, ears, lungs, urinary tract, skin, and others. Amoxycillin kills the bacteria whereas Clavulanic acid prevents the bacteria from breaking down the effects of the antibiotic. This medication, however, is meant for bacterial infections alone, which means that one must use it in accordance with the doctor’s prescription.
